Phase 1: Site Selection
This process is associated with finding a site, conducting preliminary due diligence, and determining its feasibility.

Phase 2: Pre-Development
This stage concentrates on the key details analysis of the project including site plan, architectural work, municipal reviews and permitting, as well as land entitlement. 

Phase 3: Development and Construction
